Established in 2003, Searl Street Consulting is a niche provider of people skills development to financial services and legal professionals. 

Let's not pretend, when we say "us", I mean "me".  Anna Hinder is the owner and facilitator.  When you make a booking, you know your program will be faciltiated by the person who listened to your needs and has the experience to respond and discuss the questions experience professionals ask when they learn.  Unfortunately this does mean popular dates do book in advance and may not be available. 

Connection to the HR function is important.  Active collaboration and inclusion with L&D Specialists and HR Business Partners is recommended to ensure new behaviours and skills are reinforced after formal learning events.  

An extensive network of other small, specialist consultants can be referred where their experience will better meet your needs.  These include financial modelling, ethics, business writing and presentation and pitching skills.
