CASE STUDY: research client Partner succession 

The leadership team of an engineering firms was interested to know more about the ways to introduce client partner succession.  Key questions included how to best select, appoint and rotate client relationship partners, the risks and benefits of long term relationships between individual partners and key clients, and finally the recognition and reward systems that could be useful options for this firm to consider.  Using a combination of structured interviews and research, the final report described a number of options discussed at the partner conference.   HR Board report

The HR Director of a mid-tier firm needed to quickly answer questions from the Board relating to lateral hiring of Partners.  The report analysed the firm's current experience, summarised the available research about executive transitions and partner career paths to provide a clear set of recommendations for future hiring and on boarding activities.
