Enrolment

Enrolment is provisional until payment has been processed and identity has been confirmed. You must be enrolled and make payment by the start date. No late admissions will be permitted.

Unless otherwise agreed consultants, training providers and those deemed to be a direct competitor are not permitted to enrol in the majority of Searl Street blended learning programmes.

Course enrolment is at the discretion of Anna Hinder, Principal of Searl Street Consulting. Employees of firms that provide consulting services and client education workshops may be refused enrolment where there is a perceived risk of Course Materials being used for purposes other than personal learning. In these situations a full refund will be provided. Legal Practitioners and other registered professionals are reminded of their professional obligations to respect the intellectual property of others. If you are surprised by the clarity of this message, it is the result of hard learned lessons and the behaviours of legal professionals who have not respected my intellectual property. To those who always do the right thing, I thank you. For those that do not, this is not the learning resource for you.

Withdrawal and refunds

Refunds are not provided if you change your mind about a course you are enrolled in. In extenuating circumstances such as illness and other unplanned changes please make contact to discuss. I will work with you to find a solution where ever reasonable.

Refunds are not provided if you are unable to complete a course or are not able to attend. Please ensure you are able to participate before enrolment.

Transfers

Course materials are intellectual property

The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain the property of Searl Street Pty Ltd. You must not reproduce, share or use any part of the Course Materials without the prior written consent of Searl Street Pty Ltd.

Course materials are provided via our Learning Management System and Zoom and other learning technology. Course materials comprise written materials, web presentations, videos and other learning materials.

Live webinars and presentations must not be recorded, filmed, captured, stored or distributed in any other way without written permission.

Course Cancellation

Blended learning courses are subject to minimum numbers. Where minimum numbers are not met, individuals will be contacted to make arrangements. Notification of a course being cancelled will be made a minimum of 14 days before commencement. Where a course is cancelled a full refund will be made.
